Lorevia helps you turn tabletop-RPG session notes into a living campaign codex. This policy explains what we collect and how it's used. Plain version: your campaign is yours, and we don't sell your data.
Your account email, and the campaign content you create — notes, transcripts you paste, entities, relationships, journals, and summaries. This is stored in our database (Supabase) and cached in your browser.
To build your codex, the text of your notes and transcripts is sent to the third-party providers that process it for us (OpenAI for text; Groq or OpenAI for audio transcription) to extract entities and write summaries. They process it to return a result and, per their business terms, do not use it to train their models.
If you host or join a shared campaign, that campaign's content — sessions, codex, and summaries — is visible to the campaign's Game Master and the players they invite. Your personal scratchpad notes stay private to you. A Game Master can also publish an individual session recap as a public link; anyone with that link can read that one recap until the link is revoked.
Subscriptions are handled by Stripe, which processes your payment on our behalf — we never see or store your card details. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout.
You can export a full backup of your data at any time, and permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
We use a cookie only to keep you signed in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Lorevia isn't directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we don't knowingly collect their personal data. If a younger player sits at your table, please don't create an account on their behalf.
